Bohol Trip 2008 - Countryside Tour

We went to Bohol on Jan 15-17. It was our treat to ourselves and to our parents... we really wanted to take them with us - it's our way of saying thanks for all their support to Rudy & I and to the kids: Russell, Rainier & Rea. Sayang lang the 2 kuyas were not there, may pasok na kasi.

We're Back!

We are back here in Singapore... good thing PAL is on time, we still have time to rest... unlike my MLA-KL flights before which were always late...

Hmmm, balik -PAL na yata kami ulit :)

We're leaving for pinas today for a week-long vacation... and I'm still not through with my packing :)

Oh well, this is so typical of me... Eversince, I can only fix all my things on the day of the flight. I can still remember...

April 1999 - 1st US Trip:
I arrived home in Bulacan at 1am on the day of my early morning flight - Imagine that! My nanay was so angry at me 'coz she had been telling me the whole week to pack my bags already and did I listen to her? Of course not! I had to grab my things, put them in my bags, drank coffee, took a shower, checked my documents *but not the ticket details*, ZIPPED my bags then WENT to NAIA-1. Naku, buti na lang we left a little early kse I thought my flight was at 8:45am or 9:45am (can't remember the exact time), pagdating ko sa airport super cool pa ako... pagtingin ko sa ticket ko --- whatttt?!!! my flight was 1hr earlier than what I had in mind all the time... TAKBO!!!

September 2000 - 2nd US Trip:
I arrived in Bulacan a little before 12midnight... grabbed all my things... had a cup of coffee... took a shower... checked my documents... ZIPPED my bags and off we WENT to NAIA-1! This time I double checked talaga my flight details! ha ha may natutunan din naman pala ako... But then, I can still remember there was a traffic jam at NLEX! grabe! talagang nag-panic ako huh?!!! at talagang nagdadasal na ako sa hi-way! I was so worried that I won't be able to catch the plane... Buti na lang umabot pa ako... uber talaga yon! When I arrived at the gate, boarding na! I was one of the last passengers who boarded the plane...

And so the same cycle went on and on for the rest of my travels...

2008.... January 12 @ 2:20AM
Our flight is at 9am... I still have a few hours... nakakapag-blog pa nga eh! ha! ha! If only Rudy is here with me, na-highblood na naman yon!!! kaya lang nauna na sya eh... he left last Thursday pa - ang daya!

Anyway... I guess it will always be like this for me... ZIP and GO!!! sana hindi mahawa sa akin si Rea...

Calling all travel bugs out there - it's Cebu Pacific's 1-Peso Domestic Seat Sale once again!!!

This is a such a good bargain that I just can't let it pass us by without doing anything... In fact, I didn't have to think twice - I've booked our tickets already :)

We're going to Bohol with Rea, Nanay & Tatay in January. This is a much-deserved treat for Nanay & Tatay - tagal ba naman nilang hindi magkasama... na-kidnap ko kse si Nanay eh! he he

I'm so looking forward to our family trip... haaayyyyy... can't wait!

Manila Trip

I'm here at the Changi airport - again!
We are just waiting for our flight that will take us back to Manila for our 4-day vacation. As usual, I'm very excited to be home *yes, it's still my home at wala akong balak ipagpalit*

Anyway, we are going back for 2 reasons:
1. Rudy will attend Russell's Family Day in LSGH on Saturday
2. We will fetch Rea and bring her back to SG

Yup! Rea will be coming back here with us na... I miss her so much! These last few days, I've been having a hard time getting myself to sleep. I always think of my baby especially at night - It's terrible! I don't ever want this to happen again... Never!

Btw, I came here straight from the office... been rushing my deliverables from 9:30AM - 11:00PM... I'm so tired...

KL Trip

We're all set for our overnight KL trip this weekend.

Rudy & I together with some friends will be attending the b-day dinner of my former boss who is very dear to us... even when she already transferred to another company, we still keep in touch.

We were also there to celebrate her special day 2yrs ago and here's the pic. Rozita is the one at the center. Yes, she's a Muslim Malay... Hence, the dinner this year unlike the last time when we had lunch instead. It's Ramadan so they only eat during dinner time (or basta paglubog ng araw yata).

That was the last time I was in KL 'coz a month after that trip, I discovered I was pregnant... then I resigned and went back to 'Pinas.

Kaya I am soooooooooooo excited!
I hope we can also find the time to meet with our old friends and of course - do some shopping! samantalahin ba? he he it's a lot cheaper there kse than here in singapore...

I am also planning to visit 'mommy' - my suking tindera in KL Chinatown... I miss her na... There are so many people and things I miss in KL that I can go on and on and on... so I will just wrap it up in one sentence:

I MISS KL - A LOT !!!
